Fabric and gel plantar faciitis arch sleeve. 1 per package.

HOW THE GEL PADS PROVIDE COMFORT:

• Comfortable elastic sleeve holds gel in place providing support to the arch.

FEATURES:

• Easy slip-on comfort sleeve
• Can be worn with or without shoes
• Unique structure and shape of gel prevents foot from rolling over, reducing strain on tendons and absorbs shock with every step.
• For plantar fasciitis, peroneal and tibial tendonitis, heel spurs.

DIRECTIONS:

• Apply to clean dry foot
• Position the sleeve so that the gel is comfortably placed into the arch.
• Remove at least 3-4 hours a day to allow the skin to breathe
